Nowadays, countless news stories emerge daily about the record deforestation and burning in the Amazon, as well as the irregular occupation of the territory by land grabbers and illegal miners. Large public and private infrastructure projects also cause strong socio-environmental impacts. ???????? In the midst of this hostile environment, thousands of families of family farmers, peasants, and traditional peoples and communities have built several Resistance initiatives. Socio-environmental practices of nature management and management, generating harmonious coexistence with Nature and enabling income and improvements in quality of life. ????????‍????????????‍???? In recent years, many of these families have experienced the strengthening of these practices or their revaluation based on the principles of Agroecology. Recording, reflecting, and making visible the Resistances on the Forest Floor was the objective of this documentary presented here. ????????️ Filmed in the Amazon region of Pará, especially in the territories of Marajó, Baixo Tocantins and Northeast Pará, the film seeks to highlight the various forms of resistance that have been built by these rural people.
