A new supercomputer is supposed to help reduce animal testing and cure cancer. The hype surrounding quantum computers is inspiring many companies, and they could also provide solutions for storing renewable energy or revolutionize the logistics sector. A Swiss startup is looking to produce artificial lungs and use quantum algorithms to conduct research more efficiently in the future, cure cancer and eliminate unnecessary animal testing.
