The Crailsheim school kitchen in the clinic prepares up to 1,200 meals a day for the city's crèches, day-care centers and schools. There are no ready-made products here - the 14-person team cooks with fresh ingredients. And in the facilities, too, care is taken to ensure that the children feel at home when lunch is waiting for them. We followed the journey of the food from preparation to consumption.
