A walking trail that revives the old road connecting villages at the foot of Jirisan Mountain, Dulle-gil Dulle-gil is a long-distance walking trail of approximately 300km that connects 80 villages in 16 towns and wards in 5 cities and counties (Namwon, Gurye, Hadong, Sancheong, Hamyang) and 3 provinces (Jeollabuk-do, Jeollanam-do, Gyeongsangnam-do) around Jirisan Mountain. In April 2008, the 22km section was first opened, starting from 'Maedong Village', and in 2009, the 70km section was opened. As outsiders came along the forgotten road, changes began to occur in the mountain villages.
