From things grown in their own gardens to spring vegetables picked from the mountains and fields, the green vegetables that the grandmothers carry add to the liveliness of the market day. There are no special marks on the places where they set up their stalls, but each spot that has been with the grandmothers for decades has been designated. The stalls set up by the grandmothers selling peddlers from the edge of the herb alley continue down each alley to the nearby residential areas. This may be inconvenient for the residents of the residential areas, but they spend the day chatting with the grandmothers who sell in the alleys. Thanks to this affectionate spirit, the laughter of the people here is as fresh as spring vegetables that capture the taste buds and eyes of people who are tired all winter.
