1. Rejoice 2024 Youth Worship Camp 'Rejoice 2024' will be held at Presbyterian University and Theological Seminary from Wednesday, January 24 to Friday, January 26, 2024. We invite youth and local churches to Rejoice 2024, which dreams of a revival of youth, the cornerstone of the revival of the Korean church. Sayre Special Dawn Prayer 23-24 Sayre Special Dawn Prayer will be held from Monday, December 25 to Saturday, January 13. Christmas Dinner We would like to create a healthy culture of inviting neighbors who spend time alone during the Christmas week to our homes for a meal and fellowship. We ask for your interest and participation. Date and Location: Friday, December 22nd - Sunday, December 24th. How to Participate for Families That Have Applied: 1. Invite a neighbor you know who is spending Christmas alone to your home, or 2. For families that wish to connect with a recipient, we will match them with a single youth. How to Apply: You can apply for selection and matching of recipients through the church homepage bulletin board. Families that have applied will receive a Christmas dinner manual, welcome tea, and a candle as a gift. *Please refer to the homepage bulletin board for more details. 4. Christmas Celebration Service 'Christmas Celebration' A Christmas Celebration Service to celebrate and commemorate the coming of Jesus will be held at the main church on Wednesday, December 20th at 7:30 PM. We will hold a Christmas Celebration Service after a special announcement for the next generation, elders, adults, and ministers. Please invite your acquaintances and come with us. 5. Christmas Love On Wednesday, December 20th at 10:30 AM, the Wednesday Women's Worship Service attendees and invitees will have a time to enjoy the joy of Christmas and share God's love together. The 3rd week lecture will be in the New Family Room and the 7th week lecture will be in Deborah Hall on the 5th floor. 7. Pangyo Cultural Festival 'Seongnam Forum' The churches are united to hold the Pangyo Cultural Festival at the plaza near Exit 1 of Pangyo Station. 1516 Church has prepared various programs such as a band and classical instrument performance, and a special program by praise leaders on Saturday, December 23rd at 6:30 PM. We hope that our church members will come and sing Christmas hymns together. 8. Joint Council Today, after the 4th service, at 3:20 PM, Rev. Lee Sang-jun will attend the ‘Invitation of Senior Pastor’ in the main church, and Rev. Kim Moon-jae (Pyeongnam Presbytery) will come as the temporary church council president to conduct the joint council. Any baptized church member can participate. Baptized church members who cannot attend the 4th service are asked to sign the ‘Consent to Invite Senior Pastor’ located at the entrance after the service. 9. 2024 Next Generation Teacher Recruitment We are recruiting teachers who will dream God’s dream with the next generation and pray together.
