I have been training with Francis in his gym since last autumn and it helps me a lot in my preparation for competitions. He is a great guy who is not afraid of a challenge, so I thought of taking him for a bike ride in return. He sometimes rides on gravel, but it was his first time on the trails. I gave him some general advice that may also be useful to you who are just starting out on the bike.
