Today I'll show you how to prepare a Strindberger-style steak! It's super easy and incredibly delicious ???? You don't need much for it... You take 2-3 pork schnitzels 3 tablespoons of mustard 3 red onions 3 beaten eggs 5 tablespoons of flour 3 medium-sized gherkins Salt & pepper You take your schnitzels and steak them first... You can also pound them (if it doesn't bother your neighbors ????) Salting and peppering is quick and easy. Then they are briefly rolled in flour and then spread with mustard... Now you dip them in your finely chopped onions and gherkins and flour them again... Once you've done that, you dip them briefly in your beaten eggs and put them straight into your hot pan. The side with the gherkins and onions goes in first. Each side takes about 2-3 minutes... And your Strindberger style steak is ready. You won't believe how delicious this super simple recipe is...
