How do you know if you have Leonardo da Vinci syndrome? Why was Leonardo a pioneer of the future of work? I tell you everything in this new video. Most High Potentials are multipotentialites, that is, people who are passionate about multiple interests and overflowing with curiosity in different fields. Leonardo Da Vinci, who continues to fascinate us 500 years later, was one of the greatest multipotential geniuses of his time. ======== ???? ???????????????????????????????????????? ???????????? ????????????????????: ????????-???????? ???? ???????????? ???????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????? / ???? ???????? ????????????????????? ???? ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Your first step in the Heroine's Journey https://kyrielle.systeme.io/guidegratuit ???????? When I did the exhibition at the Louvre Museum which was held at the Louvre Museum from Oct 2019 to Feb 2020 with some 150 works (drawings, manuscripts, sculptures, art objects) by the Florentine and his relatives or students, I was fascinated by all his notebooks and the proliferation of his ideas and the connections he made between different bodies of work. Born from an illegitimate relationship, from a very young age he was pushed by his grandfather to observe nature. "Open your eyes" he kept telling him. Painter, geologist, mathematician, botanist, engineer, musician, inventor, poet, architect, he was a real jack-of-all-trades with an impressive range of skills. A bit like you who are looking at me in short except that today you take it or rather society takes it as a defect, an unstable way of thinking, a mark of dispersion. Moreover, the expression Leonardo da Vinci's Curse comes from there, describing versatile people, torn between several interests. And if you are a woman, being scattered when you already have an enormous mental load at home like Vitruvius' wife juggling her 10,000 activities is even less well perceived. And yes... Leonardo was lucky because he lived during the Renaissance, a period when the curious, the thinkers, the innovators were idolized. Why did society bring about the advent of hyperspecialization? • Education and the academic world encourage people to specialize from a very young age. Children are asked the question "What do you want to do later?" when their potential has not yet been revealed. • Need for productivity after the war in new industries like the Fordist economy and the production of objects on the assembly line. Need for labor and full employment. • Progress and technological advances are much slower than today. Why do I think that the world of tomorrow will see the advent of generalists and heterogeneous careers? The beginning of a new paradigm… • Being an employee is no longer a guarantee of happiness. • The world of knowledge is changing very quickly. • The world of work is changing: 85% of the jobs of 2030 do not yet exist and we need fewer specialists. • The social and health context is changing. • Our own desires are changing more quickly. #Leonardo da Vinci syndrome #Multipotentiality #HighPotential ========== I am Sandrine Larive, a slasher in personal development: certified coach, practitioner in Hypnosis and NLP, trainer, consultant in diversity and inclusion, specialist in atypical profiles: High Potential, multipotential and hypersensitive.
