Giorgia Miotto tells us about the importance for companies of a strategy that is as sustainable, responsible and transparent as possible, citing significant examples of policies that have stimulated the market with very different results. Member of the “Executive Comitee de la Red Espanola del Pacto Mundial” of the UN, she now lives in Barcelona where she studies and teaches MBA and Masters students how to develop strategies based on sustainability and social responsibility. She is currently writing a doctoral thesis in Corporate Social Responsibility in the sector of the elite Business School. Her field of research focuses on the development of corporate strategies based on the Triple Bottom Line that can have a positive impact on society, the environment and the economic profitability of companies.
