This film shows parts of the north-eastern lines 6 and 9 of the tram in Dnipro, which have been running since 1935. These two lines connect residential and industrial areas north-east of the Dnipro River. The trams pass the old Amur Bridge over the Dnipro, which was completed in 1884. Due to the unpleasant heavy traffic on this bridge, however, no filming was done there and instead the quieter residential areas were visited. At the time of the visit, lines 6 and 9 were still firmly in the hands of unrefurbished Tatra T3SUs and thus offered an authentic fleet of vehicles that matched the surroundings.
