DIY: Make your own cleaning products and detergents from natural ingredients. For many people, this is now a sustainable, ecological and packaging-free alternative to conventional, often chemical cleaners from the supermarket. But what can DIY cleaning products do? For PULS Reportage, Ariane Alter made her own all-purpose cleaners, detergents, etc. and then tested them in practice. MAKE AND TEST SUSTAINABLE CLEANING PRODUCTS AND DETERGENTS YOURSELF Whether it's all-purpose cleaners, bathroom cleaners, glass cleaners or detergents - you don't necessarily have to buy all of these ready-made in the supermarket. A sustainable and packaging-free alternative: simply make your own cleaning products. But do homemade cleaning products and detergents work as well as conventional products? In the PULS Reportage, Ariane Alter gets to the bottom of this. LESS PLASTIC WASTE Chemical cleaners from the supermarket mostly come in plastic packaging, which goes straight into the trash after one use. You can counteract plastic waste with DIY cleaning and laundry detergents, because the household products you need are often available in easily recyclable glass or paper packaging. NATURAL CLEANING PRODUCTS WITHOUT CHEMISTRY Conventional products from the store often contain countless ingredients and a lot of chemicals. For DIY cleaning products, on the other hand, you only need a few ingredients - and you know exactly what's in them. Many people already have some of these ingredients at home. Here are the recipes for Ari's homemade organic laundry and cleaning products.
