Are you planning to buy a pellet heating system - are you interested in a pellet storage facility with a sloping floor and would you like to build it yourself? Then we have just the right thing for you! In this DIY video you will find all the steps to build a pellet bunker as a sloping floor storage facility for storing wood pellets - in other words, practical construction instructions in a video! And these are the individual steps: 1. Check scope of delivery and prepare material and tools 2. Install filling set including ventilation cover 3. Attach impact protection mat - pay attention to the distances and the correct angle 4. Pre-assemble the angle frames 5. Install floor beams for additional wall - set supports for the wall 6. Install the angle frames on the beam slopes 7. Position the prepared beam slopes 8. Cover the rear sloping floor with wooden panels 9. Fasten Z-rails for storage room door to the prepared entrance 10. Hang in door protection boards 11. Fasten mounting plate for installing the suction probes on the wall slopes of the sloping floor 12. Attach suction probe with long nozzles to the mounting plate 13. Position suction station 14. Expose the earthing wire on the pellet conveyor hose at both ends of the hose 15. Fasten hose to the nozzles of the suction probes using hose clamps 16. Now also fasten the hose to the nozzles of the suction station. 17. Do this for all nozzles of the suction station and suction probes 18.
