Recording from December 10, 2024: #DiversityStoriesThatMatter stands for authentic, narrative approaches to diversity and inclusion. The concept creates space for real experiences of discrimination and enables participants to actively engage with prejudices and stereotypes. Through tangible stories, unconscious prejudices are made conscious and the foundation for sustainable change is laid. With #DiversityStoriesThatMatter, we rely on stories that touch and move - and thus create the basis for an inclusive corporate culture. Moderation: 🔹 Pivi Viktoria Scamperle Scamperle (Systemic organizational developer, coach, author) Co-moderation: 🔹 Tobias Grewe (Narrative organizational developer, coach, author) Our guests: 🔸 Katharina Krentz - Founder of Connecting Humans and initiator of Hashtag#FrauenStärken 🔸 Christian Kaiser - Head of Transformation & Diversity at DATEV eG What is it about? When we experience discrimination - whether we are discriminated against ourselves, discriminate against others, or become aware of discrimination - it is important to raise awareness. This is exactly where #DiversityStoriesThatMatter comes in. Our goal is to promote empathy and raise awareness of prejudices in the work context through real stories of discrimination. In our live panel, we will talk about how such experiences become stories that can potentially open doors: ➡️ They make unconscious prejudices visible, ➡️ break down barriers, and ➡️ create a deeper understanding of other people's realities. Because real change begins where discrimination is not just discussed, but experienced and reflected upon.
