My Piece of Brazil presents the natural beauty and history of Cabo Frio. The city, known for its white sand beaches and crystal clear waters, is also one of the first regions in the country to be occupied by the Portuguese. The story goes that Amerigo Vespucci landed on these lands in 1504. The program tours the city's coastline and visits the beaches of Foguete, Dunas, Peró and Forte. On the latter, it stops at Forte São Mateus, built in 1620. Still reliving the history of the resort, My Piece of Brazil presents the Passagem neighborhood, the oldest in Cabo Frio and which still bears traces of its founding. To top it off, the program presents museums, such as the Surf Museum, in addition to showing the beauty of Ilha do Japonês and the popular Rua dos Biquínis.
