In this video, I teach you the step-by-step disassembly of the Volkswagen (VW) gearbox! This VW gearbox is used in practically all of the manufacturer's models that use the EA111 engine, and even some more recent ones. Vehicles such as: Gol, Golf, Saveiro, Fox, Voyage, etc. During the video, I clearly describe the screws to be removed and the care to be taken with each one of them. I discuss the possibility of using the screwdriver tool to speed up the process. In addition, I left some screws loose and the gearbox without oil to keep the video with a higher quality for teaching purposes. I also show the need to disengage the gears to completely remove the assembly. And I explain the reason for that pin, which looks like a knee on the side of the gearbox.
