Digi Transformers Edu: Reimagining the Education of the Future and Digital Transformation. Event organized by the academic program Master's Degree in ICT Applied to Education of the Francisco de Paula Santander University, Cúcuta. In this second presentation we will have as a guest Professor Marcela Quiroz Castellanos from Mexico, where we will explore the profound impact that AI has and will have on our lives. From its promising advances in medicine and industrial efficiency to its ethical challenges such as job displacement and privacy, the possible futures that AI could bring are analyzed: a utopian one of progress and innovative solutions, and a dystopian one of alienation, inequality and ethical risks. We will reflect on the role of individuals in directing the ethical and responsible course of the development and use of AI. Stay and be one of the agents of change in the transition of the educational model that responds to the needs and challenges of our digital age.
