Hello everyone! I've been dieting for a few months! I gained about 1kg last time I went on a diet and maintained it.. I'm going on a diet again starting Monday! My goal is to lose a little excess weight.. I'm going to do it slowly while changing my bad habits. Health is the most important! And as for exercise.. My sister's eyes aren't 100% recovered yet, so she can't do strenuous exercise, so I've been walking a lot, so I've been walking a lot ㅎㅎ I was originally going to upload a weekly vlog.. but it got longer, so I only uploaded for about 3 days, and I lost 2kg in 3 days. I think it's because of the water + swelling, so I don't think I'll lose this much in the future 🤣 Anyway, I'm not sure how much I'll lose,,,,, but I'll try hard... Fighting~!!
