About Dr. Olzeni Ribeiro: PhD in Education, specialist, master and doctor, with emphasis on Giftedness, Creativity and Expertise from the perspective of Complexity & Transdisciplinarity, and specialist in High-Level Learning Processes. She is a Clinical and Educational Neuropsychopedagogue, specialized in the assessment of giftedness, working in the area of research, identification and education of gifted individuals for about 30 years. She is a researcher of Creativity and a member of RIEC (International Network of Creative Schools), coordinated by the eminent Saturnino de La Torre, and is part of the ECOTRANS research group. As a writer, she has published books and book chapters with renowned authors, in addition to several publications in international journals in the areas of school management, creativity, philosophy and teaching and learning. As a consultant for UNESCO/MEC in the area of giftedness, she carried out the study to support the creation of the National Registry of Students with High Abilities or Giftedness in Basic Education and Higher Education, provided for in Law No. 13,234 of 2015. She participated in the process of implementation and training of professionals in the states, to work in the Centers for Activities of High Abilities and Giftedness (NAAHS). She was General Coordinator of NAAHS, in the Federal District until her retirement from the public education system. As coordinator of NAAHS/DF, she was responsible for holding the 1st Public Hearing in the Federal Senate, in the area of giftedness, to discuss educational policies for gifted students, and held the 1st National Meeting of Gifted Children and Adolescents, with representatives from the 27 units of the federation.
