Director - Tikhon. Detectives save the life of a pensioner, former prosecutor Rogova. Someone turned on the gas in Roza Ivanovna's apartment. Suspicion falls on the black broker Kabanov and his accomplice Svetlana. This couple wanted to fraudulently resettle Rogova's houses on extremely unfavorable terms.
