On the night of April 21, Lutsk patrol officers illegally detained an employee of the television company, Oleksandr Tokayev, near the premises of the Avers TV channel. The incident occurred in the parking lot, where the driver was waiting for journalists, near a company car. A patrol police crew drove up here. And the police officers announced that the man allegedly violated traffic rules. According to law enforcement officers, the car's headlights and rear lights were not working, and they also suspected that the Avers employee was drunk.
