Here is the direct link to the recipe page: https://kochmalschnell.com/lachs-in-p... ***************** Ingredients ***************** 4 pieces of salmon, approx. 125 g each 50 g flour 4 tbsp olive oil 50 g butter 1 medium-sized red onion 4 cloves of garlic 125 g fresh spinach 20 cocktail tomatoes 250 ml cream 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper ½ tsp chili flakes ½ tsp sweet paprika 100 g grated Parmesan To thicken the sauce, you may need a little more cornstarch and water *************** Preparation **************** 1. Salt and pepper the salmon and sprinkle with a little flour 2. Heat the olive oil at a medium temperature and fry the salmon pieces in it until they have taken on color, remove and set aside 3. In the same pan, melt the butter over a reduced heat, add the onions and fry for about 10 minutes until they begin to turn translucent 4. Add the garlic, fry until it smells, then add the tomato and fry everything for another 10 minutes 5. Add the cream and all the spices, bring to the boil briefly, add the spinach, let it collapse without the lid 6.
