To sweeten Christmas: banoffee French toast! ????????️ So write down the recipe from confectioner Ana Piku (@pikurruchas) to be your Christmas dish! #WeAreMoreWomen INGREDIENTS • 6 slices of brioche bread • 100 g of dulce de leche • 3 eggs • 1 can of condensed milk • 2 cups (tea) of milk • 4 ripe bananas cut into slices • 2 cups (tea) of whipped cream • 1 liter of oil PREPARATION Take two slices of bread and spread 50 g of dulce de leche over one of the slices, leaving a border of approximately 1 cm to prevent the filling from leaking. Cover with the other slice, forming a “sandwich”. In a bowl, mix the eggs, condensed milk and milk until you get a homogeneous mixture. Dip the stuffed French toasts in the syrup, making sure they are well soaked. Place the French toasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until completely frozen. Heat the oil in a deep pan or skillet until it reaches 160°C. Remove the French toasts from the freezer and fry them immediately, one at a time, until golden and crispy on the outside. Place the fried French toasts on a plate and top with whipped cream and add the banana slices on top. Decorate with dulce de leche threads for a sophisticated touch. Extra Tip: Serve the French toasts with a scoop of vanilla ice cream to enhance the experience even more. Yield: 3 servings Occasion: Dessert/Afternoon coffee Difficulty level: Easy Also check out the other pages of the program: Website - http://tvgazeta.com.br/mulheres Facebook - / gazetamulheres Twitter - / gazetamulheres Instagram - / gazetamulheres
