A person is shaken, rushed, and he has the impression that he is losing his life: he runs somewhere, decides something, he does not have enough time to live, and life passes him by. If a person does not stop this pendulum, he is gone. A relaxed person no longer knows how to linger. This is where such a disease as workaholism develops. A person who does not know how to experience today, does not know how to be in the "now" - he does not hear God, and is not in contact with Him. What does "Marta" want to please? She is afraid of judgment: "what they will think about me", "what they will say about me". My fear begins to implement actions that are not necessary MAN IS NOT RULED BY LOVE, BUT FEAR A person who does not know how to be "here and now", is not open to God's love, does not experience his day well - he cannot be satisfied, and he cannot to be happy A HAPPY PERSON CAN ONLY BE IN THIS MOMENT. THERE IS NO HAPPINESS IN THE FUTURE. If the future comes in which I want to be happy. This can only be so if I learn to be happy in this moment.
