The Valley of Death is part of the natural Dukla battlefield complex, which is located between the villages of Kapišová and Kružlová. A tank company is stationed in the field here in attack. The installation consists of eight tanks, cannons and other light weapons from the period of World War II. The remains of Soviet combat equipment from the time of the Carpathian-Dukla operation are a reminder of the events of 1944. The aim of this offensive operation was to connect the Soviet and Czechoslovak troops with the rebels in the SNP. Access to the area is from the main road from Svidník towards Poland, where a short distance outside the city there is a turnoff towards Kružlová.
