About :

Dutch Colonial Dead Village Only Inhabited by 2 Isolated Families in the Temanggung Forest, Central Java In the midst of the beauty of Temanggung Regency as a tobacco producer and farmer, it turns out that this area has an isolated dead village in the middle of the forest, one of these dead villages is Wonotopo Candiroto Temanggung Central Java village which can be reached in about 1.5 hours from the city center or Candiroto market highway. This Wonotopo dead village has houses made of wood, not only abandoned houses, the public cemetery area, prayer room, public well room were also abandoned by its residents. In the 1990s this hamlet was still complete and crowded, but now it is abandoned because access is very difficult, isolated and in the middle of the forest. In this hamlet there is a coffee plantation area where the residents used to work as coffee plantation workers, but many who eventually retired chose to return to their respective villages outside the hamlet. Only a handful of people are still surviving so that the rest has become a dead village that is so scary at night.
