WHEN THE BANDS CLOSES, THEY BECOME NARROW, THE ASSET IS LESS VOLATILE. THEY ARE WAITING TO ACCELERATE. WHEN THE BANDS OPEN LIKE AN “ALLIGATOR’S MOUTH”, THE ASSET IS MORE VOLATILE, ACCELERATED. THE BANDS WORK WELL COMBINED WITH THE CENTRAL MOVING AVERAGE. THE CENTRAL MOVING AVERAGE WORKS AS SUPPORT AND RESISTANCE. HILO ACTIVATOR – HLA - (HIGH - LOW) HIGH AND MINIMUM HILO ACTIVATOR IS A TECHNICAL INDICATOR BASED ON THE CALCULATION OF TWO SIMPLE AVERAGES, USING THE HIGH AND MINIMUM VALUES OF THE PREVIOUS CANDLES (ACORDING TO THE DEFINED PERIOD).
