OPEN ME!! a Saturday at home while it's raining outside spent tidying up the closet (finally), meal prep, good food and then an evening with friends. A very simple vlog of a normal weekend day ❤️ GIGAPANCAKE SACHER CAKE Ingredients: 15g coconut flour 30g flour mix 5g chia seeds 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 20g fruit puree 80ml milk 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt 110ml egg white 1/2 sachet of hydrolyte Filling: Fruit puree to taste Topping: Cocoa cream: bitter cocoa + water First combine the dry ingredients and then the liquids and pour into a saucepan with a diameter of 16/18cm. Cook over medium/low heat with a lid for 15 minutes, turn and cook for another 5 minutes.
