About :

Due to the heavy rains at the end of June last year, the Sanin Main Line (Ogushi - Nagato City) and Mine Line were closed for an extended period of time. Currently, buses are being used to replace the service, but in fact, as of today, operations have resumed on sections of the Sanin Main Line that suffered less damage. Some morning and evening trains on the Sanin Line that run between Shimonoseki and Ogushi have had their operating sections extended to Takibe, but even before the disaster, trains departing from and arriving at Shimonoseki basically turned back at Ogushi and there were very few trains that crossed over the line. However, with the resumption of operations, a train has been set up between Shimonoseki and Takibe that crosses over Ogushi. I'm updating my travels in real time!
