Most important ingredients are patience and dedication Example 1: • Make your own rye sourdough bread... Example 4: • Video recipe: approx. 400 grams of organic wholemeal rye flour 300 grams of organic wheat flour 1050 1 tablespoon of salt 450 ml of lukewarm water 60.80 grams of the sourdough starter Knead for 4-5 minutes Leave to rise for 3 hours at room temperature 12 hours in the fridge 1 hour again at room temperature 1 hour in the proving basket Bake: 15 minutes at 240 degrees, fan oven 45 minutes at 200 degrees, top/bottom heat Important: Put a pot, bowl or saucepan with water at the bottom in the oven Enjoy your meal, my love. 🎼 Dad makes music too.
