During New Year's Eve at a restaurant, more than a thousand customers experienced overcrowding, lack of food and poor hygiene conditions. Tickets, which cost from R$500, promised unlimited food and drinks. However, the kitchen was unable to meet demand, leaving many customers frustrated, forced to eat bread with mayonnaise and mortadella. There were widespread fights in the pool and in lines for food.
