I haven't reached the northern ridge of Pietra Craiului for several years - more precisely, the section between Padina Popii and Ascutit mountain range. I even forgot that the ascent starts immediately after you pass the terrace of the Curmatura cabin, we initially took it towards Turnu peak. Also on this hike, we discovered the route through Padinile Frumoase, which also offered us a meeting with a black goat that was not at all scared by our presence - as if this was a gift that this special mountain had for us.
