Zühtü sells meatballs on the streets with his mobile cart. He can't help but intervene in the events he encounters every day. In the end, he always ends up at the police station. One night, he meets a girl named Fatma who has run away from home. Zühtü helps the girl and protects her. He takes Fatma to her uncle's house, where she lives together. However, her uncle gets angry with Zühtü and kicks them both out of the house. As a last resort, Zühtü puts Fatma up in a hotel. At that moment, Fatma's relatives raid the hotel.
