"Ukraine" - for sale? The cruiser "Ukraine" is a unique ship that never went to the open sea for a single day. It was launched in 1990, and since that day it has been standing on the territory of the Mykolaiv Shipyard. The cruiser was tried to be completed several times, the crew was formed and disbanded three times. Now the ship is 95 percent ready and it is still equipped with military equipment. Every year, a million dollars are spent on its maintenance. What to do with the cruiser "Ukraine"? Almost all presidents of Ukraine were concerned about this issue.
