The first stage of this channel, almost two years, has been dedicated to my first organic commercial garden in Madrid (market garden for the Anglo-Saxons). I have shared my way of working, crops, the tools I use, sowing, planting and harvesting techniques. These are things that have allowed me to grow abundant food for the local Madrid market for more than 4 years in just 1000 m². In July 2022 I'm leaving to live in Portugal. I'm starting the trip carrying with me cultivation tools, seeds, worms and my inseparable books. A new life cycle and a new stage for this channel begins. #garden
