For this schnitzel recipe you need the following ingredients: 2 veal schnitzels Salt & pepper A sheet of foil for beating Flour 3 eggs Breadcrumbs 150-200 grams of asparagus 50-70 grams of bacon Parsley 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs for the asparagus Enough clarified butter That's enough.
