Rodrigo Hilbert teaches how to make crispy onion rings. The dish is easy and practical to prepare, ideal for serving as a starter or snack. INGREDIENTS 2 red onions 1 cup of wheat flour Half a cup of rice flour 1 long neck beer 2 teaspoons of baking soda 2 teaspoons of hot paprika 1 liter of oil Salt and black pepper to taste PREPARATION Cut the onion into rings and place in a bowl of ice cold water. Mix the baking soda, rice flour, half of the wheat flour, salt, black pepper and hot paprika in a bowl. Using a whisk, gradually add the cold beer to this mixture until you get a thick dough. In a frying pan, place the oil for deep frying and heat it until it reaches 180 degrees Celsius. Remove the onions from the water and dry them with a kitchen towel. Coat the onion rings in the other half of the wheat flour. Dip them in the beer mixture and shake off the excess and place them in the hot oil to fry until golden brown. Remove them from the oil with a slotted spoon and drain them in an iron sieve to make them nice and crispy. Add salt to taste and serve. #Recipes #RodrigoHilbert #FamilySeasoningOnGNT #CrispyOnion ------------------------------------ ➡ Subscribe to Receitas: https://bit.ly/InscrevaSeNoReceitas ➡ Also watch on Globoplay +Channels: www.globoplay.com ➡ Follow Receitas on social media: Facebook: / receitas Instagram: / receitas Pinterest: / receitas Muito Mais Receitas: https://receitas.globo.com/
