Forni criminali, this time it's the turn of Bari, Puglia that welcomes us with its wonderful focaccias. The concept of bakery here is different from that of the capital, the bakeries mainly make bread and focaccias but if you arrive early in the morning you can also find some sweets and in the afternoon maybe some fried foods. The first two, historic, in the heart of old Bari are Santa Rita and Fiore, then we move on to two other bakeries that reserve surprises.
