Crime radio play by Michael Molsner from 1973 The writer and journalist Heiner Michael Molsner was born in Stuttgart in 1939 and studied German and English at the University of Heidelberg after graduating from high school. He did an editorial internship and initially worked as a court reporter in Munich, then worked as a journalist in Hamburg and Hanover. Molsner's crime novels were on the annual best list of the German Crime Prize four times. In 1998 he was awarded the Honorary Glauser by the Syndicate "for his services to German crime literature".
