Many negative feelings arise because we have certain expectations and beliefs inside us. These (usually) hidden characters make us feel that we are missing something in life, that we need to get or achieve something, that something is wrong with us. We are not there yet. Pain arises from this gap between reality and expectation, they strike like a bolt of lightning. We do not need all the beliefs that have made a nest inside us. Our beliefs, convictions, principles come from our own experiences, our parents and other people around us, often negative experiences. We want to avoid them in the future. To avoid this accompanying pain. Or we think that something we are missing will bring us long-awaited happiness. But these beliefs based on old experiences and knowledge do not have to guide us today. We do not have to waste our time and energy spinning negative thoughts, we can use this same time and energy to create a positive present and future. Then we do not waste, then we invest. Think about your beliefs, convictions, memories that still cause you suffering or various negative emotions for one reason or another. Think also about very positive memories, they sometimes keep us in the past and do not allow us to enjoy what is. Start writing these things down so that you can start working with them. Take responsibility for your life and well-being and then start letting them go, setting them free one by one. I will also give you an exercise, a meditation, that you can use for this. NB!
