She will also present the perspective from which contemporary psychiatry looks at the issue of what is the norm and what is a disorder, and explain how our well-being is influenced by our genes, relationships with other people, emotions, lifestyle, and our entire body. That evening, the well-being of the listeners will also be ensured by artistic experiences - a concert by pianist and composer Kateryna Ziabliuk. 20.15-21.00 INTERVIEW: How to maintain balance, Dominika Dudek, Łukasz Kwiatek After the lecture, we will talk with Prof. Dudek about whether we live in times of a mental health crisis and how to find a sense of meaning and fulfillment in a world where interactions between people are disappearing, while polarization and social tensions are increasing.
