What does a controller actually do? I asked this question to the experts at TriFinance for today's video. TriFinance is a management consultancy with almost 200 employees at five locations in Germany that specializes in controlling and accounting. The consultants work on changing projects in the finance sector for large corporations and medium-sized companies in all industries. Many of the consultants have experience from line functions and use their time at TriFinance as an orientation platform and career boost to then move straight into higher and managerial positions.
