Agrolohn is a professional contracting company from southern Germany. For a whole year, we accompany the drivers at their work with the camera. In the sixth and final part of our series, we look at the corn harvest in the Bavarian Forest. Here, the fields are often small, steep and impassable. We accompany the drivers at their work in this demanding environment, talk to the farmers about their business, their views, worries and needs. Come with us to Gerhard Bauer's biogas plant in Tittling: A positive example of agricultural biogas production that will hopefully be imitated by many. With Christoph Gell, we take another ride on the new Krone Big X 780 and look at the new Krone X-Collect corn header. Johannes Sammereier shows us how he can chop with his Claas Jaguar Shredlage: A relatively new feeding concept from North America in which the plants are chopped extremely long and intensively processed. Finally, we look over the shoulder of Agrolohn veteran Max Wagner as he threshes corn on the Claas Lexion 750 Terra Trac. Our series about this interesting contracting company ends with a brief review of the year. Finally, a few words on our own behalf: The motivation behind this project was never financial.
