CONCERN is a five-part documentary series about one of the most influential business structures in Lithuania - the MG Baltic concern. The documentary story covers the entire history of the concern from the wild nineties to the biggest political corruption scandal in Lithuania. Part I tells about Darius Mockaus' first steps in business. D. Mockus, who dreamed of becoming an archaeologist as a teenager, exchanged it for studies at the Faculty of Economics of Vilnius University, and finally - for the portfolio of an entrepreneur. At the end of the eighties of the last century, the students of the Faculty of Economics gathered around Professor Kęstutis Glaveckas. Among them is Darius Mockus. Later, D. Mockus and K. Glaveckas become the founders of the Lithuanian Free Market Institute, and Mockus' path in business gradually accelerates. Very soon, the young entrepreneur faces the first failures and painful lessons in the history of the privatization of LITEXPO. The first shadows appear very quickly - Georgijus Dekanidzė, the Vilnius criminal shul, appears next to D. Mockaus. When did D. Mockaus start his business? How did he turn the privatization model upside down and why was LITEXPO's privatization a failure? What connected D. Mockų and the leader of "Vilnius Brigade" G. Dekanidze?
