Hello everyone!! In this video we have examples of the Compound Rule of Three - Professor Angela Mathematics. This video was made at the request of subscribers, about the Compound Rule of Three. The rule of three is used to solve problems involving proportional quantities. In the three examples in this video we have problems of the compound rule of three, in them we have three or more quantities, each quantity has two values, that is, a total of six values, five known and one unknown, which we will call X and calculate its value using the rule of three through cross multiplication. Since it is a compound rule of three problem, with five or more known values and one unknown, we cannot calculate the unknown value using all the quantities together, we have to calculate two by two quantities observing whether these two quantities are directly or inversely proportional in order to be able to set up the proportion and calculate the unknown value. I hope you have clarified your doubts through the examples and if you liked the video click on like so that more people can watch it and learn from it. Thank you and a big hug, Professor Angela Also watch the following videos here on the channel: Link to this video: • Compound Rule of Three - Professor ...
