The Secretary of the Interior, Luisa María Alcalde Luján, presented the estimated integration, in which Morena would have 248 deputies of relative majority, that is, voted directly by the people, and of proportional representation, known as plurinominales. Morena obtained a national vote of 43.54 percent more and did not exceed the maximum eight percent in the distribution of seats by accounting for 49.6 percent, which includes the percentage for plurinominal deputies. The parties in coalition with Morena, that is, the Labor Party (PT) and the Green Ecologist Party of Mexico (PVEM) also respect the integration of seats with 10 and 15 percent, respectively. We reiterate the benefits of the reform to the Judicial Branch. First, to turn it into an austere, efficient and transparent apparatus that eliminates privileges and excesses in salaries, which must adjust, without exception, to the maximum salary limit determined for the President of the Republic. The modifications also propose the election of judges, magistrates and ministers through popular vote in order to make them really work at the service of the population. We will soon present ten cases in which judges benefit businessmen by delaying the payment of taxes equivalent to 100 billion pesos. Members of the judiciary hold hearings and issue rulings in favor of large corporations. It is our job to defend the people's money. Before the end of our mandate, we will pay tribute to our migrant countrymen, heroes and heroines, whom we love and thank for contributing to the well-being of Mexico. We must continue to fight so that they are guaranteed the right to vote. The electoral reform proposed by the Executive will provide facilities for Mexicans abroad. The current obstacles are of a political nature. There are those who oppose it because they know that migrants in the United States support the movement for transformation. We call on the population of that country to strengthen cultural, moral and spiritual values ​​within families in order to avoid drug use, which kills nearly 100,000 young people every year.
