In the mountains I discover a completely abandoned resort that has not been in operation for over 10 years. The city wanted to buy the whole area for one euro, but the owners turned down the offer. There is a restaurant, four apartment blocks with over 300 rooms, swimming pools, tennis courts, etc. Some of the apartments are even still inhabited, if the rumours are true!
