Sorry friends-B the video is a bit late, now we meet again in the continuation of my exploration trip in West Nusa Tenggara. After yesterday successfully climbing Mount Rinjani and Bukit Anak Dara, now we continue to Mount Tambora. Although Mount Rinjani and Mount Tambora are still in the same province, both are separated by the sea, so we have to cross to continue the journey. At the beginning of this video, I will focus on discussing the transportation route to Mount Tambora. First, after getting off Rinjani, I suggest going back to Mataram first. To save money, you can take Damri from Sembalun to Mataram with a fare of IDR 50,000. After arriving in Mataram, continue the journey by bus to Mataram-Dompu or Mataram-Bima, and get off at Manggalewa (Cabang Banggo). The cost of this bus is around IDR 250,000, including ferry tickets and one meal. After arriving in Manggalewa, we change buses to Calabai, with a fare of IDR 50,000. The original fare was actually IDR 40,000, but because we brought a large carrier and as newcomers, we were charged IDR 50,000. But I think that's still reasonable. The bus trip is about 100 km or takes almost 3 hours. Then, we got off at Pasar Senin, Kadindi Village, and continued the journey to Dusun Pancasila by motorcycle taxi. The cost is IDR 30,000 per person. Yesterday, the two of us were riding on one motorbike with a total fare of IDR 50,000 for two people. Although quite challenging, everything went smoothly. So that's information about the route to the basecamp for climbing Mount Tambora via Pancasila. For a complete explanation of how our climb went, please just watch the video.
