This month, the Consumer Rights Protection Center fined a company known under the brand name Juridiskais birojs insolvency issues for misleading consumers. We reported on the questionable activities of the office and its manager, Oto Bezbailis, at the beginning of the year. The CRPC decision was a reminder to take a closer look at the current state of the office's operations, and it opened the curtain on another scheme. Thus, we discovered at least 30 companies whose owners or officials have become Lithuanian citizens in the last six months, who can hardly be called entrepreneurs. A large number of companies had tax debts before the changes, and it is understandable that their former owners wanted to get rid of their obligations in this way. *** Oto Bezbailis, who himself offers assistance in insolvency cases and whose related company was one of the first to be transferred to Lithuanian Sigitas Stasiulis, did not respond to calls, messages, or e-mails. His brother, who was officially the owner of the aforementioned company, did not provide any comments, indicating that he should contact Oto Bezbailis, who organized it.
