What a beautiful invention lasagna is! A rich, delicious, colorful, cheerful dish that immediately brings to mind a holiday or a special occasion. The recipe that I am going to propose to you here is the one that was passed down to me by my family, grandmothers and aunts. Layers of rough egg pasta alternate with a fabulous ragù, parmesan and béchamel sauce make it all super creamy and each slice becomes irresistible.
